WorldEye in Microsoft Copilot: Grounded on Bing, Where We Already Rank
▸ Copilot's answers stand on Bing's index
Microsoft Copilot's answers about the web are grounded in Bing's index, so for Copilot the ranking that matters is Bing's. There, WorldEye's position is genuinely strong for a site that launched in October 2026. In our Bing Webmaster data pulled in late October 2026, the query “god's eye view” — the category-defining search for live camera globes — returned 525 impressions with WorldEye at an average position of 4 and 40 clicks. The variant “gods eye view” added 371 impressions at position 7, and “world eye” drew 71 impressions with 18 clicks, a click-through rate of about 25%. When Copilot answers questions in this space, the sources it can ground on are the pages Bing already trusts — and on the defining query, we are one of them.
▸ The other Copilot, and why we're not claiming it
Microsoft also sells Microsoft 365 Copilot inside companies, which takes declarative agents and plugins published through Partner Center. That is an enterprise channel for workplace tenants — a way for a business to expose its internal tools to its own staff — not a route for a consumer website's data to appear in the Copilot people chat with. We considered it and are not pursuing it, and this site claims no Copilot plugin or agent listing. The consumer route is the index, and the index is where we work.
▸ What we do on our side
The lever is unglamorous and real: keep the Bing index healthy (our Webmaster account is verified and the sitemap is live there — and since this site's new pages are also submitted through IndexNow, Bing hears about them within minutes of publication), keep every page's claims exact, and keep answering the category queries — God's Eye View, live webcams, camera globes — better here than anywhere else. Ask Copilot in that space and its citations are the route in: a worldeye.app link lands on the live globe of 74,229 cameras, where browsing is free and unlimited opens need an upgrade. Our WorldEye in Copilot page tracks the relationship.
