Team Access Is Live: One WorldEye Plan for Your Whole Team
โธ Subscribe once. Invite everyone.
Until now, every WorldEye account was an island: one person, one subscription. Team Access changes that. Any paid plan can become a team โ the owner keeps the subscription, adds seats, and invites people by email. Invited members never see a checkout and are never charged; while they're on your team, they get your plan's tier as their own effective plan.
Teams live in Settings โ Team Access, with tabs for members, invitations, the shared workspace, billing and an activity log. Owners and admins can invite; members just join and work. If a member already has their own WorldEye subscription, they keep whichever is better โ their own plan or the team's โ for as long as they're on the team.
โธ How invitations work
From the team dashboard, add a person's email and send the invitation. The invite link is valid for seven days, and it's bound to that email address: the invitation can only be accepted by signing in with the invited, verified email, so a forwarded link can't hand your seat to a stranger. Accepting takes one click from the invite page, and the member's access starts immediately.
Seats are reserved the moment an invitation goes out, so a team can never invite past what it has paid for. Revoke a pending invitation and the seat returns to the pool. Remove a member and their team access ends on the spot โ their own account and any personal subscription are untouched.
โธ What seats cost
Seat pricing is graduated: the first seats cost the most and each band gets cheaper, on every billing cycle. On monthly plans, seats 1โ5 are $11.99 each, seats 6โ10 are $10.99, seats 11โ20 are $9.99, seats 21โ35 are $8.99, and seats 36โ50 are $7.99. Weekly seats run from $6.99 down to $4.99; annual seats from $59.99 down to $39.99 per year.
A concrete example: a 12-person team on monthly pays $134.88 in seats โ five at $11.99, five at $10.99, two at $9.99 โ for $148.87 all-in with the owner's plan. You can add up to 50 seats, 51 people including the owner. Seat increases take effect immediately; decreases are scheduled for the end of the billing period, so nobody loses access mid-cycle because of a billing change.
โธ Shared where it counts
A team that monitors together needs shared tools, not a dozen separate accounts. Camera collections can be shared with the whole organization, so the set of feeds your team watches is the same set for everyone. The recording pool is shared too: recordings draw on the owner's pool โ 20 cameras at once on Pro, 40 on VIP Pro โ instead of a small personal allowance per member.
Admins get an activity log of team events โ invitations, joins, seat changes โ so there's a record of who did what. And because the owner holds the subscription, there's exactly one bill, one renewal, and one place to change any of it. The team section on the pricing page shows the full seat ladder with a calculator.
โธ Who it's for
Newsrooms verifying footage across time zones. Operations teams watching the same ports, passes and depots. Research groups, classrooms, clubs of plane spotters and weather watchers. If more than one person in your world watches the same cameras, a team plan is cheaper than separate subscriptions โ and simpler than passing one login around, which you no longer need to do.
Team Access is live now on every paid plan, including plans on a free trial โ seats added during a trial ride the trial until it converts. Start a team from Settings โ Team Access.
โธ Frequently asked questions
Do invited members need their own subscription?+
No. The owner pays for the plan and the seats; invited members are never charged. While they're on the team, members get the owner's plan tier as their effective plan. If a member already has their own subscription, they keep whichever plan is better.
How many people can be on a team?+
Up to 51: the owner plus 50 seats. Seat pricing is graduated, so larger teams pay less per seat โ down to $7.99 per seat per month on monthly plans in the largest band.
Can anyone accept an invitation link?+
No. An invitation can only be accepted by signing in with the exact invited, verified email address. Invitations expire after seven days, and owners can revoke a pending invitation at any time, which releases the reserved seat.
What is shared with the team?+
Camera collections can be shared across the organization, and the recording pool is shared: the team records up to the owner's cap โ 20 cameras on Pro, 40 on VIP Pro โ in total, rather than per person.
